Re: How do you configure Tor Browser to stop looking for the Tor Connection?

Thousands of people are already watching this chatter (3100 Views!) and perhaps they are wondering how something like this can happen without opposition. In I2P, the politically motivated network for a better world, not just for file-sharers. One person copies what he has picked up somewhere, assume...

Re: Encryption options not supported

Is the error code displayed in the browser "403 Incompatible Encryption Options" (line 1 in enc-header.ht)? Isn't the title/heading "Website Unreachable" and the following description misleading, after all the site must be "reachable" in order to determine the incompati...

Does LibreWolf use HTTPS-Only mode? »Yes, and you won't need any extension for that. HTTP can still be allowed for certain sites.«

Re: What browser are you using to browse I2P and why?

Oof, sorry. In my mind, using a privacy network with a spyware application [Mozilla Firefox] … No problem. But it is now your duty to pass on your knowledge to the good people here. In a separate thread you can convince the interested participants that your repeated insinuation - that Mozilla Firef...

Ähhh! Papperlapapp. First of all, this is a thread where the question itself does not allow you to criticise other people’s posts. Then your whingeing about Mozilla Firefox has no substance. Worst of all, you haven’t even begun to understand my setup.

Re: What browser are you using to browse I2P and why?

The choice is limited because website operators require web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or their derivatives. I like to use Emacs EWW to quickly look something up. But with smaller web browsers like Links2 or EWW you won’t get very far here. Either the browsers are stuck in the...

Re: Access mail.i2p on i2pd

Oh so using the client ports on. Thunderbird would not be an option? Of course, it's up to you which email client you want to use. As long as you treat this provider as a normal provider and do not need increased anonymity, it is a viable option. If you also want to communicate with the outside wor...

Re: How do you increase your share on I2Pd?

A convenient way to customize the system-wide I2Pd configuration is provided by Emacs. After opening i2pd.conf and setting the bandwidth/share to the desired value, the file is saved as usual. The configuration is reloaded with the shell command M-! systemctl reload i2pd.service. (The tab completion...

Re: Access mail.i2p on i2pd

Hi tihgs! The email provider relies on Susimail as its email client.^1 However, Susimail is only available with the Java router software. Nevertheless, anyone can set up an email account on the website without Susimail.^2 If you want to use the service, you have to put together your own email tools ...
