Re: Suggestion for posting simple tasks.
I don't want to believe at first, that the people addressed are unwilling to understand. This reveals another problem. My translations into English are miserable. Although I invest a lot of time in each translation. So people like me can't even take part in the kind of conversations that are common ...

Re: Suggestion for posting simple tasks.
The point of such a call is that those who have the "skills and interests" feel addressed. Of course, this does not exempt the leaders from the acceptance test. Nor was that the intention. When applicants have to present themselves to the IRC and are accepted, it is no longer a public tend...

Suggestion for posting simple tasks.
Have you ever thought about assigning "15 minute jobs"? I've seen it in KDE. Simple jobs are posted publicly to pave the way for those who are interested but don't yet know exactly how they can make a meaningful contribution. For example, a single bid might look like this: Java I2P postins...

Re: Reseed server without valid certificates
Yesterday I mentioned here next door, how personality analyses can be used to create profiles. And the vast majority of people are aware of this. As a result, the more often people negotiate some nonsense on the Internet in relation to I2P, the more they censor themselves in the censorship-free spac...

Re: Question: Tunnels and "fingerprinting"
A restart does not necessarily generate a new identifier in the form of an I2P address (ID/Destination). With I2Pd, the addresses for IRC, SMTP and POP3 are retained after the restart. The addresses for the HTTP and SOCKS proxy are newly created. (To check this, I have taken screenshots over several...

Re: Reseed server without valid certificates
I had declared the issue closed for me because there was obviously no interest in it. I wrote that the wrong addresses have been known for a year. What I deliberately didn't write was that I found the responses from those responsible astonishing. Because they play down the issue and accuse the users...

Re: Question: Tunnels and "fingerprinting"
A brief response to the first paragraph. As a participant, you will receive an identifier, an ID. This ID is unique and is valid for the entire duration of the I2P session. Different IDs are assigned for different applications. For example, visiting websites runs separately from BitTorrent. So let’s...

Re: Reseed server without valid certificates – Done.
The problem has been known for a year. I have already adjusted my configurations and route all requests via Tor. Done.

Have you already set up an e-mail account with Postman HQ?libosarapoglu wrote: ↑05 Feb 2025 18:29 Whenever I type an email and try to send it, it's saved to the draft folder and not sent. Any solutions?
I'm new to I2P so I'm sorry if I'm asking an easy question

Sure, but …
As far as I know, conventional email clients send a lot of personal data that users don't even get to see. If you have nothing to hide or if you trust your i2p provider, you can ignore this. Everyone else should enquire about suitable e-mail clients and how they are configured accordingly.
