Check by telneting/netcating into localhost:7659 and/or localhost:7660 (these are the default SMTP/POP ports, i think) telnet and netcat (actually, "nc") are programs to connect to tcp and check connection it should output a hello message on 7660 and some other identification message on 7659

Maybe the smtp.postman.i2p tunnel is disabled/stopped in Tunnel Manager?

Use i2psnark if you can't take risk of some information leaking(client connecting to something without using SAM in this case). Or just put qBittorrent in a sandbox with no internet access and just the SAM bridge, that is also an option, and probably even more bulletproof than i2psnark (because sna...

Do you really need to route reseed requests via Tor? I think it's excessive (unless you are in a strict country). And reseed servers might limit requests per IP - so you should really think about whether you need it.

I think it does not make sense to limit time of local session, especially when testing manually with netcat/telnet.
