New build for Debian 9?

Debian 8 "jessie" reached end-of-life on 06-06-2018. iMule 2.3.3.3 will install on Debian 8, but not for Debian 9 because of a dependency error. Can someone provide build instructions for iMule to be usable with Debian 9?

Debian 8 uses libcrypto++9, Debian 9 uses libcrypto++6.
